I'm not a photographer but when thinking about my submission I kept coming back to this image I took in my home town over summer. For me it sums up where I think Australian culture is right now (in my brief and naïve experience); confused about ourselves, confused about our history and with superbly bad taste.
Hamish is a 23 year old graphic designer hailing from rural South Australia with an education at RMIT Melbourne. Currently travelling the world as part of the AGIdeas Collie Print Trust and Fabrica awards. Enjoys cool weather and film photography.
